RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase through the website, you can replace or return your purchase within the first “7 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise”, as long as the product does not show signs of use, is found to be the original labels and packaging. Except in the case of replacements due to manufacturing defects.

REPLACEMENTS

When a product is replaced for a new size or another model, this is considered a new purchase request, which generates a cost for collection and courier shipping; which will be assumed by the client. It should be noted that the new order is subject to product stock.


There are no replacements or returns for personalized products.

Only in the event of a replacement due to product manufacturing failure will Huaral Emprende assume the cost of collection and shipping.

 

RETURNS

Returns will be made only within the first 7 calendar days of receiving the product, as long as the product shows no signs of use and is with the original labels and packaging.

To request a return, the customer must first contact the email: huaralemprende2024@gmail.com from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and; In addition, the customer must attach photos of the product to be returned, the original or electronic proof of payment for the purchase and specify in detail the reason for the return.

Only product returns will be processed; and subsequent reimbursement in web credit, of those items that have been included in web orders within 7 calendar days, counting from the delivery date.

We do not refund money for any reason.

When a product is returned, it generates a Courier collection and shipping cost, which will be assumed by the customer.

If the return is approved, the customer will be contacted by email within the next 7 business days and a credit note will be issued. In addition, a web code will be provided that can be used as a credit balance to purchase on our website.
With their code the customer will be able to purchase a new product of the same value on our website. If you choose a higher value product, you must pay the difference.
